STOCKTON - Police investigated a suspicious death after a man was found deceased in a vehicle Monday afternoon.

At about 2:30pm, police were called to the area of Kelley Drive and Hillview Avenue for a report of a possible deceased person found in a vehicle. Arriving officers located an adult male in the back seat of a pickup truck who was deceased.

Authorities say the man had not been seen in several days. A cause of death was not released by authorities, or the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Detectives responded to continue the investigation.
