MODESTO – A pedestrian was taken to a hospital late Wednesday afternoon after they were struck by a vehicle.
The collision was reported at about 6:15pm near the intersection of Tuolumne Boulevard and 7th Street. Police, fire, and medical personnel responded to the scene.
The pedestrian was loaded into the ambulance and transported for care. The extent of injuries was unclear at time of publication.
The intersection was cleared for traffic by 6:30pm.
