RIVERBANK – Deputies with Riverbank Police Services investigated a report of gunfire Thursday afternoon.
Shortly after 1:00pm authorities responded to 8th Street near Castleberg Park for a report of gun shots in the area.
Early reports indicate no one was injured, but several shell casings were found in the roadway. Deputies closed down the area with crime scene tape as they investigated and gathered evidence.
