STOCKTON – Police investigated a shooting that sent two people to the hospital Sunday afternoon.
Shortly before 12:30pm officers were called to the area of Santa Paula Way and Acapulco Way for a report of a shooting.
Authorities say the victims were in the area when the suspect approached and opened fire, hitting them both. The two were transported to a hospital for care of their injuries.
Police described the suspect as an Asian man wearing a black ski mask and black clothing.
