STOCKTON – A 17 year old boy is recovering from injuries after being shot Tuesday night.
Shortly before 10:00pm officers with the Stockton Police Department responded to the 2500 block of Nightingale Court for a report of a person shot. They located the injured 17 year old, who was then transported to a hospital for care.
Authorities said the victim was in the area when the suspect passed in a vehicle and shot him. There was no description of the suspect available.
