STOCKTON – Police arrested a 19 year old man accused of robbing a woman of her property Saturday afternoon.
Police say at about 2:31pm Saturday, the victim was in a parking lot on the 3400 block of Manthey Road loading items into her vehicle. A silver SUV drove up and the suspect exited the driver’s seat. He knocked her over and stole her belongings.
The suspect, identified as 19 year old Vincent Arce, fled in his vehicle with the victim’s property.
Investigators identified and located Arce on the 4500 block of North El Dorado Street where officers took him into custody. Police also located and recovered several items belonging to the victim.
Arce was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on robbery charges.
