STOCKTON – A death investigation was determined to be a homicide after an autopsy was performed on the victim.
The Stockton Police Department said on December 7th shortly after 4:00 pm they received a call reporting a man down near the 1800 block of Marsh Street. The man was found dead inside of a vehicle near Stribley Park.
An area near the park had crime scene tape and part of Marsh Street was blocked off. Investigators were at the scene for several hours.
Police say an autopsy showed the 27 year old man had traumatic injuries on his body.
No motive or suspect information was available Tuesday evening.
