MODESTO – Police officials investigated a suspicious death Monday afternoon after a woman was found unresponsive at a home.
Shortly after 2:00pm police responded to a home on the 100 block of Pleasant Avenue for a report of a person found unresponsive. Emergency personnel arrived and the unresponsive woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police identified the woman as 28 year old Dulce Garcia, also known as Candy, a resident of the Modesto area.
Police have classified the death as suspicious based on information gathered so far. No further details were released in the case.
