STOCKTON – Two people, including a 15 year old boy, were injured in two separate shootings overnight Saturday.
At about 9:41pm police officers responded to the area of Lan Ark Drive and Hammer Lane for a report of a person shot. The injured teen was located and taken to a hospital for treatment.
Police only had a black male described as the suspect.
The second shooting happened shortly after 5:00am near the 1300 block of South Pilgrim Street. Police say a 31 year old man was shot and taken to a hospital.
Police were able to later identify and locate 29 year old Damian Rodriguez as a suspect in the shooting. He was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, weapon violations, and burglary.
