LODI – The Lodi Police Department is searching for a missing 81 year-old man named Raymond Huggins.
Police say Huggins was last seen leaving his home on the 1100 block of Port Chelsea Circle yesterday at around 10:00 am.
Huggins was last seen driving a grey Hyundai Genesis with the license plate of 7ZZW552. He was wearing a blue flannel jacket, blue jeans, and white sneakers.
