MODESTO – Officers with the Modesto Police Department closed off a street Wednesday evening in a neighborhood that residents described as normally being quiet.
Officers along with Deputies from the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office responded to Havenhurst Court just north of Briggsmore Avenue shortly before 7:00pm.
Details are scarce and unconfirmed, but at least one person was transported by ambulance to a hospital.
