LATHROP – Deputies with the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office investigated a shooting late Monday morning.
At about 10:40am authorities responded to a home on Talc Street for a report of a shooting. A victim was found deceased at the scene.
Authorities investigating the case quickly identified a person of interest and located them around 1:00pm
Talc Street was closed off at Deerwood Avenue. No further details were available, however a press conference with more information was scheduled for 3:15pm.
