DENAIR – A man was arrested by detectives Wednesday on rape charges, authorities reported.
Jesus Antonio Medina, 23 years old, was taken into custody by authorities on the 3100 block of Merced Avenue in Denair. Detectives with Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Crimes Against Persons unit served the warrant.
Medina was booked into the Stanislaus County Jail on two charges of rape by force, sodomy, unlawful possession of ammunition and controlled substance charges. He was held on $325,000 bail and was awaiting a court date.
