STOCKTON – A 33 year old man was found deceased Tuesday night after he was found shot.
The incident happened at about 10:45pm near the intersection of Mosswood Avenue and Madison Street. Police responded to reports of gunfire in the area and located the victim in a vehicle who had been shot. Medical personnel responded, but the victim died at the scene.
Police detectives responded to the scene to take over the investigation but there was no motive or suspect information available Wednesday morning.
