MODESTO – A brief pursuit involving Stanislaus County Sheriff Deputies Thursday night ended with one person detained.
Shortly before 10:00pm a deputy advised they were in pursuit of a vehicle on Carver Road entering the North Modesto area. The pursuit went south on Carver, then continued West on Choctaw Way. The driver of the involved vehicle stopped and attempted to flee on foot near Seminole Lane but was quickly detained by deputies.
No injuries were reported, no further details were available Thursday night.
