STOCKTON – Police investigated a shooting that injured one person Sunday morning.
The incident happened shortly after 6:00am near the intersection of Pershing Avenue and Flora Street. Early reports indicate one person was found with at least one gunshot wound. Officers provided care until medics arrived to transport the victim to a hospital.
Arriving officers detained one person in the area, their involvement was not available at time of publication.
