STOCKTON – Police arrested a 17 year old suspected of assaulting two adults early Sunday morning.
The incident happened at about 12:30am near the 1000 block of Caleb Circle. The teen allegedly pointed a firearm at a 61 year old man, and struck a 61 year old woman over the head.
The teen refused to surrender to police initially, but he was taken into custody after a short standoff.
Police said the firearm was reported stolen. The identity was not provided because of the suspect’s age.
