Two Shot After Argument at Gas Station

STOCKTON – Two people were shot after an altercation at a gas station Sunday night.

The incident happened at the Shell gas station on the 2300 block of North El Dorado Street at about 7:50pm. Police said the victim was sitting in his vehicle after arguing with the suspect. The shooter approached the victim’s vehicle and fired a gun. The victim was struck multiple times.

During the shooting, a 58 year old man who was a bystander was also hit by gunfire. Both men were transported to a hospital for their injuries. Both were expected to survive.

The suspect was described only as a Hispanic man in his 30’s.
