STOCKTON – Police are investigating a homicide after a man died from a gun shot wound Saturday evening.
Authorities say officers responded to a report of a person shot shortly before 9:00pm Saturday near the 1200 block of Doray Court. Police arrived and found the victim down on the ground with a gun shot wound to the chest. He was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The victim was only identified as a 38 year old man. No suspect information or motive was provided.
