CERES – A fire that broke out in a recreational vehicle Monday afternoon caused damage to a gas station.
The fire happened at about 4:30pm at the Chevron near the intersection of Hatch and Herndon Roads.
Two people were seen running in and out of the vehicle before flames grew and spread to the pump and overhang.
Firefighters responded and brought the fire under control in about 15 minutes.
No injuries were reported. The cause was under investigation.
