STOCKTON – Police investigated a shooting Monday morning that critically wounded a 17 year old boy.
Shortly after 11:30am, officers with the Stockton Police Department responded to a report of gunfire near the 900 block of North Madison Street. While investigating, the victim arrived at an area hospital.
Several blocks in the neighborhood were taped off as a crime scene. Officers used a drone to document evidence, and a surveillance truck was parked in the neighborhood as well.
No motive or suspect information was available Monday afternoon. The teen was last said to be in critical condition.
