Two Arrested Near Shooting Scene in Stockton

STOCKTON – Police arrested two men and recovered two firearms after responding to a shooting Friday night.

At about 8:17pm police responded to the 4000 block of Townehome Drive for a report of a person shot. Authorities said the victim, a 27 year old man, was walking in the area when he was shot.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for non life threatening injuries.

Police officers responding to the area saw two men running and quickly detained them. Two firearms were located.

Arrested were 20 year old Malcolm Sorriano-Johnson and 34 year old Charles Norris for weapons charges.
