MODESTO – Officers responded to a report of a person with a rifle Saturday night, only to discover it was an airsoft replica used during a music video shoot.
Police were called to the intersection of 8th and H Streets after a person called in to report someone holding the rifle in the area. They were not sure if it was real or not.
Police officers arrived to find the person shooting a music video. The area is near several taco trucks where people were having food. There were a few people who were with the individual with camcorders.
