TURLOCK – Emergency crews responded to a report of a fire at a home in Turlock Tuesday night.
The fire was dispatched at about 8:30pm on the 1100 block of Wickel Street near Oxford Avenue. Additional resources were called from outside the city, including Ceres Fire Department. Turlock Rural Fire crews were called into the city to cover additional calls.
The additional crews from Ceres were later canceled.
At publication time a cause and origin of the fire was not available.
