STOCKTON – Police investigated an early morning homicide after a man was found shot shortly after midnight Tuesday.
Police responded to the 10300 block of Point Reyes Circle after receiving a report of a shooting. Arriving officers found a 38 year old man who had been shot. He was taken by ambulance to a hospital where he later died.
Detectives responded to the scene to investigate the shooting and gather evidence. Authorities had no motive or suspect information.
