MERCED – Authorities are seeking help from the public in locating a missing elderly man.

The missing person, identified as 87-year-old Rocco Colella, left his home to buy groceries at about 7:30pm Sunday. His family reported him missing after he did not return.

He is 5’6″ tall with gray hair and blue eyes.

Police said he left in a silver 2011 Toyota Tacoma crew cab pickup truck with license plate 41167A1.

STOCKTON – An Amber Alert was issued by the California Highway Patrol for the abduction of a one month old child.

At about 10:00pm Monday Ggiana Webb was abducted from Stockton. The Amber Alert was activated on behalf of the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office.

Ggiana is a one month old black female with black hair and brown eyes. She is 24 inches and weighs 10 pounds. No last known clothing description was available at time of publication.

Authorities identified the suspect as 24 year old Dangelo Webb. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Webb was last seen in a silver 2015 Chevrolet Equinox with a California license plate of 7KBE022. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of Dangelo Webb or Ggiana Webb is urged to call 911.

MARIPOSA COUNTY – A teen missing out of Mariposa County was last reported seen in the Manteca area and may be headed to San Francisco, relatives say.

Emillie Miller is 13 and was riding a black pocket bike Tuesday afternoon in the area of Wards Ferry Road in Tuolumne County. Witnesses indicated it appeared her bike had broken down and she took a ride from someone in a white pickup headed toward Sonora.

Emillie has two black eyes and a broken nose suffered during a vehicle collision June 23rd. A witness in the Spreckels Park area in Manteca noticed this and reported seeing Emillie near the Home Depot there.

Emillie’s family believes she may now be using makeup to cover up her injuries and possibly sold the pocket bike to buy a change of clothes. They believe she may be headed to the San Francisco area and might not be thinking clearly because of her injuries.

She was last seen wearing a light gray shirt and blue jeans. Her shoes are black with white soles. She is 5’3” tall with brown hair and eyes. Missing persons reports were filed in both Tuolumne and Mariposa Counties.
