Teen From Mariposa County Reported Missing
MARIPOSA COUNTY – A teen missing out of Mariposa County was last reported seen in the Manteca area and may be headed to San Francisco, relatives say.
Emillie Miller is 13 and was riding a black pocket bike Tuesday afternoon in the area of Wards Ferry Road in Tuolumne County. Witnesses indicated it appeared her bike had broken down and she took a ride from someone in a white pickup headed toward Sonora.
Emillie has two black eyes and a broken nose suffered during a vehicle collision June 23rd. A witness in the Spreckels Park area in Manteca noticed this and reported seeing Emillie near the Home Depot there.
Emillie’s family believes she may now be using makeup to cover up her injuries and possibly sold the pocket bike to buy a change of clothes. They believe she may be headed to the San Francisco area and might not be thinking clearly because of her injuries.
She was last seen wearing a light gray shirt and blue jeans. Her shoes are black with white soles. She is 5’3” tall with brown hair and eyes. Missing persons reports were filed in both Tuolumne and Mariposa Counties.
Relatives are urging anyone who may see Emillie to call 911. Relatives can also be reached at (209) 878-3760 or (209) 316-8797.

The Search Continues, Lodi Man Still Missing
LODI – The Lodi Police Department continues to search for 81-year-old Raymond Huggins who was last seen at around 11:00 am November 21st, 2020 according to his granddaughter, Shelby Holton.
Police say Huggins left his home near the 1100 block of Port Chelsea Circle wearing blue jeans, a blue flannel jacket and white sneakers. He was last seen driving a grey Hyundai Genesis with California plate number 7ZZW552.
“He was a happy husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather so I have no idea what caused him to leave that day and not make it back home.” said Holton.
Huggins is considered at risk. Holton says this year he underwent surgery for cancer in his ear and radiation. She stated Huggins gets disoriented when he’s tired and sometimes forgets where he is or what he’s doing but he’s always been home while that happened.
“From what I know, CHP ran the license plate in California, Nevada and Arizona. It hasn’t been spotted on any type of license plate scanner from a police car or traffic light.” Holton continued saying, “As far as I know, there are no leads and no possible sightings.”
Huggins does not have a cellphone and his vehicle can not be tracked. His bank account shows no activity for the past two weeks.
“He has remained optimistic for the future. He had a laugh you could hear for miles around, it seemed at times. Ray Huggins was a generous and loving spirit.”
Police are asking for anyone with information regarding Huggins disappearance to contact the Lodi Police Department at (209) 333-6727.
