Amber Alert Issued for Livingston Parental Abduction

LIVINGSTON – An Amber Alert was issued Saturday evening after a child was taken by his father.

Zaymir Berry was last seen October 17th with his father in Livingston at about 4:00pm. The two are believed to be traveling to Stockton or San Joaquin County.

Zaymir is two and a half feet tall, 18 months old and weighs approximately 25 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes, and is said to have been unclothed when last seen.

His father is Isaiah Berry, 25, standing approximately 6’3” weighing 192 lbs. He has black hair and eyes and was last seen wearing all black clothing and shoes.

The two were last seen traveling north on Highway 99 just south of Stockton, in a 2019 or 2020 Toyota Camry either silver or gray in color.

The vehicle is possibly a rental vehicle according to Sergeant Ray Fong with the Livingston Police Department.

Teen From Mariposa County Reported Missing

MARIPOSA COUNTY – A teen missing out of Mariposa County was last reported seen in the Manteca area and may be headed to San Francisco, relatives say.

Emillie Miller is 13 and was riding a black pocket bike Tuesday afternoon in the area of Wards Ferry Road in Tuolumne County. Witnesses indicated it appeared her bike had broken down and she took a ride from someone in a white pickup headed toward Sonora.

Emillie has two black eyes and a broken nose suffered during a vehicle collision June 23rd. A witness in the Spreckels Park area in Manteca noticed this and reported seeing Emillie near the Home Depot there.

Emillie’s family believes she may now be using makeup to cover up her injuries and possibly sold the pocket bike to buy a change of clothes. They believe she may be headed to the San Francisco area and might not be thinking clearly because of her injuries.

She was last seen wearing a light gray shirt and blue jeans. Her shoes are black with white soles. She is 5’3” tall with brown hair and eyes. Missing persons reports were filed in both Tuolumne and Mariposa Counties.

Stockton Woman Missing From Care Home

STOCKTON – Police say 66-year-old Lanette Pisnsonault was last seen at her care home near the 4500 block of Shelley Court on the 16th at about 8:45 am.

Authorities do not know what type of clothing Pisnsonault was last wearing. They also added she is in a wheelchair.

Missing Person: Jimmy Silva

MODESTO – Relatives of a missing man are asking for the public’s help in finding him.

Jimmy Silva, 38, was said to have gone missing in early January by his brother. He is six feet, two inches tall and weighs about 220lbs. He was last seen in the La Loma neighborhood and drives a black BMW with black wheels. The plate of the car is 6AWG633.

Scott Nelson, Jimmy’s brother, said there has been no activity from any of his bank accounts, and his phone has been off for over two weeks.
