Missing Person – Allen Christopher Martin

TUOLUMNE COUNTY – Authorities are seeking information on the whereabouts of Allen Christopher Martin, who was last seen February 9th, 2016.

Allen Martin stands at 6’2″ tall and weighs about 195 lbs. He was last seen wearing a gray jacket, a dark blue shirt, blue jeans and neon green tennis shoes.

He was last seen on surveillance video walking away from Chicken Ranch Casino after visiting with his girlfriend and her mother. At 11:30pm he sent his girlfriend a text message reading “You deserve better than me,” and was seen on the casino surveillance walking away through the parking lot.

Authorities say that was the last time his cell phone showed activity. He did not arrive to work the next day, or to court for child custody issues that week.

His family says he loved the outdoors and frequently hiked. He worked as a nurse and loved being a father.

At Risk Missing Person Found

MODESTO – The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office along with the California Highway Patrol were in search of 18-year-old Aaron Castellanos-Sanchez who was considered to be endangered. A California Highway Patrol Alert was sent to mobile devices at around 5:50 pm with information on the search for Castellanos-Sanchez. 

Within 30 minutes of the alert’s release, Castellanos-Sanchez was found safe and returned home. 

Castellanos-Sanchez is non verbal and autistic. The CHP Alert states he was last seen near the area of Parkdale Drive and Riverdale Avenues in Modesto at around 7:00 am. He was wearing a white shirt, black pants, white shoes, and had a black backpack with him. He is 5 feet and 8 inches tall, weighs 270 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. 

Castellano-Sanchez was believed to be walking.

Modesto Teen Reported Missing

MODESTO – A 14 year old boy was reported missing Saturday May 21st, and his cell phone was last tracked to the Bakersfield area.

Nicholas Sheffield is 5’3” and weighs about 120lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

Nicholas was last seen at Sipherd Park in Modesto around 4:00pm Saturday. His cell phone was last pinged to a location in the Bakersfield area.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts or who may have seen him is asked to call local authorities.

Update: Relatives report the teen was found safe in Los Angeles.

Merced Police Seek Missing Elderly Man

MERCED – Authorities are seeking help from the public in locating a missing elderly man.

The missing person, identified as 87-year-old Rocco Colella, left his home to buy groceries at about 7:30pm Sunday. His family reported him missing after he did not return.

He is 5’6″ tall with gray hair and blue eyes.

Police said he left in a silver 2011 Toyota Tacoma crew cab pickup truck with license plate 41167A1.
